SPD received a 911 report of a robbery at the above location. The on duty employe was restrained with duct tape by the lone suspect - a white male wearing all black clothing. No weapons were displayed. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken, and the incident is currently under investigation.

THEFT/SCAM
Two unidentified females recently approached a woman at Streetsboro Giant Eagle. Subjects told victim that they had found a large sum of cash. In order to determine if the cash was counterfeit, they claimed that they needed to compare the serial numbers to cash withdrawn from the victim's bank. In return for her assistance, victim was to receive a cut of money. Suspects accompanied the victim in her vehicle to the bank where she withdrew $1,100. They then drove to a local store where they said their ‘boss’ would examine the cash. Before exiting the vehicle, they also told the victim that their boss could also appraise the victim’s jewelry. Victim then gave then gave them the jewelry that she was wearing. Suspects walked around the front of the building and did not return.

Employee at Applebees reported a suspicious blue car parked in the rear lot after closing. Checked OK by officers.

Employee reports a male subject yelling profanity at employees. Officers escorted the subject from the restaurant and advised him not to return.
* Reported at 11:45PM (9/1) - 9001 Portage Pointe Apartments Bldg. K
SPD received a call of a noise disturbance at building K. A resident was warned of the noise ordinance.

Subject reports that someone entered their 2000 silver Chevy Blazer while parked overnight and removed an ID from the truck.

Female resident reports she is being stalked and harassed by phone by a male subject.

Police responded to a call of a white male leaving the store on foot with beer without paying for it. The suspect was not located.

* Occurred at 3:00AM (8/26) - 800 Mondial Pkwy. - Hampton Inn & Suites
Police responded to a report of a suspicious red Grand Caravan with Virginia license plates with the side door open. Responding officers checked it and determined it belonged to a patron.

* Occurred at 6:17AM (8/26) - 1425 Frost Rd. - Camelot Village
Police responded to a report of a white pick-up truck driving slowly through the park. The vehicle was located and checked OK.

Resident reports damage was caused to the mailbox. No suspects at time of report.

Resident reports that sometime overnight, a window was broken out on a vehicle and the temporary license plate on the damaged vehicle was stolen. The temporary tag# is N473377. There are no suspects at time of report.

Business reports a rowdy male patron is refusing to leave the bar. Business declined to pursue criminal charges. Subject was transported by police to an area hotel.
